Sergey Sirotinin has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of dbaza since 2000. He co-founded the company in 1997 with a vision to improve the quality of life and well being of children with chronic health conditions. Focusing on strategic initiatives that carry measurable public health benefits, Mr. Sirotinin led dbaza to the Top 20 ranking among the companies that provide innovative health promotion and interactive health communication applications. Mr. Sirotinin served as Principal Instigator on five National Institutes of Health Small Business Innovation Research awards totaling $2.5M dollars.

Mr. Sirotinin earned a Master of Science degree in Biophysics from Krasnoyarsk State Universityand a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Malachi J. Walker has served as dbaza's Operations Manager since 2007. Mr. Walker is responsible for implementing dbaza's core business tasks and facilitating planning processes for developing projects. Outside of dbaza, Mr. Walker serves as Facilitator to Camp Charity, a non-profit organization serving Pittsburgh's youths since 2003.

Mr. Walker earned a Bachelor of Business from University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration.

Natalia Remmel has served as dbaza's Senior Research Coordinator since 2008. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Remmel was Assistant Professor at Siberian Federal University and Senior Researcher at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy where she was responsible for the development of collage-level educational material. Dr. Remmel has extensive experience in research project coordination, study design, subject recruiting and interactions, and data analysis.

Dr. Remmel earned a Doctor of Science in Biology from Institute of Biophysics, Russian Academy of Sciences, and a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from Krasnoyarsk State University.

Tom Alberts has served as the Company's Technology Manager since 2009. Prior to joining dbaza, Mr. Alberts worked as Web and Multimedia Developer with Zero-to-Five, a marketing and communication firm based in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Alberts also worked as a Web Designer and Multimedia Developer with Acusis, LLC where he developed animated 3D tutorials, online transcription tests, and custom intranet applications. Mr. Alberts is an experienced multimedia developer with broad expertise in web publishing, graphics and audio editing and multimedia applications programming.

Mr. Alberts earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
